The typical floor follows the irregular lines of the plot with two closed circulation cores, optimized in such a way to maximazie the useful space for the apartments. There are 8 types of layouts for apartments, combining households with two, three and four bedrooms. The variety of layouts generates the contrast in the facade between the light finishing and the dark terraces.
