Apartment Reform – Pintor Ferrer

The aim of this project was to reform an entire apartment in the Algirós neighborhood, in the proximity of the port. The apartment has a generous terrace and is located at the level of the attic. The connection of the living room with the terrace creates an ample space, versatile but also functional. This space offers a sensation of openness and flexibility, allowing you to adapt it to various activities, according to the needs and preferences of the users.

Moreover, the proposal seeks the use of natural light in order to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. For that we proposed a curved wall, paneled with wooden slats, which invites you to enter the living space while separating the living room from the more private zone of the bedrooms.
