Alfinach – Villa L02_9 – AC architecture

The house is located at the top of a residential area with marvelous views towards Valencia and the sea. The plot consists of an ample surface of almost 1000 m2. The villa has two floors above ground level, one semi-basement and a pool. The project is consists of the articulation of two volumes which represent the two uses (public and private). The minimalism is key in the design, which consists of very clear lines.

The ground floor, which contains the main areas of the house, is separated into day zone and night zone. The day zone was designed as an open space containing the living room, the dining and the kitchen, all this connecting outside with the terrace and the pool. At the first floor there is an extended terrace with versatile spaces. These two environments coexist thanks to the vertical communication through the central staircase. Its transparency makes the natural light enhance the environment of the house, being surrounded by nature. The semi-basement contains a cinema, garage and storing.
