Development Center- Forvia (Spain)

The goal of the project is the rehabilitation of an existing establishment in a short time, in order to house a development center for a company in the automobile sector. The ensemble contains three volumes: one of offices, one composed of light-weight structure pavilions, and a third volume, more for industrial work, connected to a semi-covered patio.

The main goal was to facilitate the visual connection between the departments, in order to improve social interactions and provide flexibility. For that, we opted for an open space, leaving out the concept of partitioning. For the divisions, we used furniture or glass panels and in some areas, we proposed some filters based on wooden elements such as slats, lattices and panels, all of which add quality and tenderness to the space
