• The first proposal

  In order for the project to adjust perfectly to your wishes, is necessary understand your priorities and necessities, on that account, we work together in order to define them, throughout meetings and questionaries with the aim of generating a climate of trust, where you can always count on our profesional point of view, humble and honest.
  Once we collect and analize all the necesarry information, we pass to the next stage of giving it an order and prepare a first proposal, wich we work on and adjust until it reaches your expectations.
• The project

  With the proposal that best matches your wishes, is the moment to define technically the entire project and ellaborate the necessary documentation in order to realize the administrative porcedures and in the same time create the project base that would be further discussed with the specialists and construction companies in order to define the offer. During this process we will further invetigate together various details, since we will define the metrials, finishings and furnitutre in case you would need, first and foremost, your opinión matters. For us is vital that you always see your personality and input into your own project.
  
• The site managing

  In order to manage the construction work, depending on your needs, we can offer various services. Whether you already have in mind a certain construction company that you trust or specialists wich whom you had already a good experience, we are here to engage in total team work since the beginning of the project, in such a way that we optimize the process as much as possible. Otherwise, we can also help you to select what best suits you for the required conditions and typology of the project, including manniging ourselves the construction site. Besides Site Managing, that includes weekly visits to the site in order to make sure that the construction process follows our guidelines, that the timeline of the Works is being kept and that everything adds up to the agreed offer. We can also offer you services of Project Managing and Economical Control
  
• Interior design

  Sometimes, the architecture and the design are insepparable, therefore, in many occasions the interior design is parto f the project, since the materials, finishings and certain equipement already can talk about the personalty you are looking for in your project. In addition, we can assist you in the selection of the furniture, both operational and decorative, as well as its design in some cases, or we can help you choose other decorative elements such as textiles, light sor vegetation.
• BREEAM Certification

  In our team we count on BREEAM specialists in Spain, that is why we can offer the service of external control during the designing process, following the ENE01 Norms and also during the BREEAM Certification itself. Our profesionals are acredited and can provide complete solutions for designing, evaluating the viability of the desired leve lof the BREEAM Certification, formulate action plans, project revisions, 3d modelling and energy efficiency simullations. The advantages in obtaining a BREEAM Certificate include saving up on energy and wáter consumption, a different position in the market, invesing for the security, promoting the wellness and complying with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our BREEAM Assistants are capable to ceritfy your property following the action plans of BREEAM ES Nueva Construcción, BREEAM ES En Uso and BREEAM ES Vivienda.
